Victory over Death (PS4) disqualified from ESB League BFV Season 1

After reports of an incident that took place in one of VoD’s first matches of the season, we have found evidence that the PSN account “xxAiiM_LeGenDxx” on the Victory over Death roster has been used and shared by multiple players in the first week of Season 1.

This is in direct violation of multiple sections of our rules (Notably Sections 1.7 & 1.9).

The following penalties will be applied:

Victory over Death:
Players:
  • The PSN accounts and player known as “xxAiiM_LeGenDxx” will receive a 1-year ban from participating in all ESB events.
    • The account has been used by multiple players throughout the Season in direct violation of Section 1.7.1 of the league rules.
    • The ban will take place from March 30th, 2020 to March 30th, 2021.
  • The player known as “EmiiD_” will receive a 1-year ban from participating in all ESB events.
    • As one of the leaders of Victory over Death, he was found facilitating the use of the “xxAiiM_LeGenDxx” PSN account by multiple players.
    • The ban will take place from March 30th, 2020 to March 30th, 2021.
  • The player known as “lAGOMORAIS” who is serving a 1-year ban for a previous offense, will now be permanently banned from participating in all future ESB events.
    • Tried circumventing a current ban by using another player’s PSN account.
    • The ban that was taking place from July 11th, 2019 to July 11th, 2020, has now been made permanent.
